AI outputs are advisory
Results generated by AI Features — including risk scores, recommendations, or flagged anomalies — are intended to assist human decision-making and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial, procurement, or compliance decision.
Human oversight is required
You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any output generated by AI Features before acting on it. NimbleS2P does not accept liability for decisions made solely on the basis of automated outputs.
Your data trains the platform
Aggregated and anonymised usage data may be used to improve the accuracy and performance of AI Features. No personally identifiable information or confidential business data is used for model training without explicit consent.
AI Features may evolve
We continuously update and improve AI capabilities. The behaviour of AI Features may change over time as models are retrained or updated. We will endeavour to communicate material changes.
